F2-21 green products reach out worldwide to help reduce carbon footprint and conserve energy.

2010 -- The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia conducted 6-month gasoline fleet field tests of F2-21 which showed an average 19.46% fuel saving.  Certificates were awarded by the Russian Government authorizing the use of F2-21 in the production of Nanotechnology Liquid Hydrocarbon Fuels in Russia.

EU - Testing by 15 well-established EU mass fleets using 538 heavy-duty vehicles for more than 5 years and over 9 million miles consuming 500,000 liters of F2-21 treated diesel fuel resulted in an average 9.7% fuel savings. The tests were under the supervision of Europe's leading independent testing laboratory, Industrie en Technlek   (TNO). TNO's reputation, the large number of vehicles, the extensive testing period and the significant distance travelled all give great credence to the result. Testing was completed in 2009.

Proof of Concept (POC) - California Environmental Engineering (CEE), an independent testing laboratory recognized by USEPA and certified by the California Air Resource Board (CARB) vertified, in 2009, F2-21 fuel/oil additives "effectively reduce" emissions (NOx, NMHC, CO) and improve fuel economy.
