F2-21 high-tech fuel technology reaches out worldwide to benefit users and the environment.                                                                                               2009 Outstanding Achievements:                                  1. Successful completion of 15 well-established mass fleets (with 538 heavy-duty vehicles), long-term (over 2 years, over 9 million miles travelled, consummed approx. 500,000 liters F2-21 treated diesel fuel ) driving tests in EU resulting in average 9.7% fuel saved. The tests were under the supervision of Europe's leading independent testing laboratory, Industrie en Technlek (TNO). TNO's reputation, the large number of vehicles, the extensive testing period and the significant distance travelled all give great credence to this result.                                                         2. Proof of Concept (POC) verified by California Environmental Engineering (CEE), an independent testing laboratory recognized by USEPA and certified by California Air Resource Board (CARB) proved positively F2-21 fuel/oil additives effectively reduce emissions (NOx, NMHC, CO) and improve fuel economy.
