After more than 10 years of successful tests and actual usage records, the China National EPA formally acknowledged and recommended F2-21® in May 2005. The agency referred to F2-21® as the best gasoline and diesel additive on the market for saving fuel and reducing toxic tail-pipe emissions.

China National Railroad Ministry

Endorsement 1998

China National Railroad Ministry formally endorsed F2-21® for use in improving fuel economy and reducing smoke emissions in diesel locomotives. The endorsement came after a series of successful bench and actual rail tests.
