H2OIL and PetroChina officially entered a joint venture on April 30, 2005.

F2-21 fuel additive, the cutting edge Silicon Valley of U.S.A. clean green fuel nanotechnology will be used for fighting global warming, reducing carbon footprint and conserving energy in the rapidly expanding fuel market in China.
