H2OIL and PetroChina officially entered a joint venture on April 30, 2005 opening a manufacturing plant In Tianjin, China.

The plant is capable of producing enough F2-21 fuel additive to treat approximately 70% of China's entire domestic demand for gasoline and diesel fuel, in a major blow to global warming, delivers cutting edge Silicon Valley of U.S.A. nanotechnology cleen green fuels into the rapidly expanding fuel market in China.
