PetroChina Joint Venture

2005

H2OIL and PetroChina officially entered a joint venture on April 30, 2005 after the manufacturing plant was completed In Tianjin, China.

The plant can produce enough F2-21 fuel additive to treat about 70% of China's entire domestic demand for gasoline and diesel fuel to deliver cutting edge nanotechnology fuels into the rapidly expanding fuel market in China.
